The house has 4 bedrooms (3 suites), all with split air conditioning, and 4 bathrooms and 1 powder room. All this in the tranquility of the Sapiranga reserve, 3 minutes by car from Lagoa Aruá and 5 minutes by car from the village of Praia do Forte, in addition to access to several other tourist attractions in the region.
