”The property was just enough space for my family of 4 + our puppy. It’s 4 minutes or less from everything. (Beach, Walmart, great food) We had an issue with wifi and the property manager resolved it in timely manner. Overall the stay was great and we can’t wait to book again.”

”Clean and spacious but the AC/Heater is much less than adequate. It is only 50° outside but the heater cannot keep up. There were no extra blankets or linens for the futon and only two bath towels and two hand towels for 5 people. Also would recommend a closet with a bar for hanging clothes hangers. ”

”This is our second stay and already trying to pick another weekend to stay. It’s quiet, clean, short drive to restaurants, pool is perfection, and husband loves the pier across the street. ”

”In town for the eclipse which was totally cool to see! Nice little apartment. Perfect for 2 and had everything we needed to cook breakfast. Several local eateries so good food was never far. Wally right up the street was nice. Overall had a great time and Alice was always a phone call away.”

”Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again. ”
