”Very Nice Hotel Nice view comfetable stay at the Hotel”

”This is in a beautiful location! High up in the hills. The hotel is lovely. We arrived and waited for an hour or so. It seemsd abandoned and the telephone number was out of order. So we decided to leave and walk down the hill to find another hotel. So lucky for us we asked a man if he had a tuktuk and it turned out he worked at the hotel sometimes so took us back. Indika was incredile. He looked after us from start to finish. Made sure our rooms were kovely and clean. Brought us refreshments....

”マータレー中心地から少し離れた閑静な場所に建つホテルです。周りには緑が多く、ベランダで飲む朝のティーサービスは格別でした。また、２泊して朝晩ホテルの食事を頂いたのですが、半分オープンの、庭に面したレストラン食べる食事は、とても美味しかっです。オーナーをはじめ、ホテルのスタッフはとても親切で気持ち良く滞在できました。”

”Property is not found at 53 Riverside Road, Matale. Given phone is switched off but he answered on the previous day and asked us to come. According to him weather was ok but weather was terreble and came back home because no place to stay at the night. I had to block my card as well. The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”

”The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong.
