The hotel is under renovation so that affected our stay. There were work crews everywhere, and scaffolding all over the place.

Luxury villa, amazing location, pool, jacuzzi, snooker, cinema & tennis court!
Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday, with 18 people ranging from 5-82 it was important there was enough space and activities and it didn’t disappoint, we barely saw the kids for 3 days but they didn’t stop all day, crashed overnight then started again the next morning. Settle Southampton
Needed a base for a couple of nights for a coastal visit. Very well decorated room in semidetached. Large bed. Good bathroom with shower & nice choice of soaps, etc. Coffee maker and kettle, lots of tv channels. Ten minutes walk up from Central station and regular buses at both ends of road.
