”Did book a room with balcony but was given one with a patio instead. Nothing wrong with that per se but the patio was surrounded by fences and there were no furniture whatsoever there. Also pool was out of use. Lots of homeless persons around the area and obviously quite a few of the guests were locals accommodated at the hotel. The room itself was adequate and clean. ”

”When I checked in, the front desk clerk was very friendly and answered all my questions. The room was a lot better than I expected. Even the water was good as my hair has never felt softer!”

”This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The lobby is excellent, the staff is excellent and their breakfast is top notch. The only thing I would say could be improved is that the rugs in the rooms should be replaced as they don't look very clean sometimes. I am sure that they are cleaned but they have taken a beating and it's time to replace them. Other than that the rooms are clean and very spacious. We will continue to stay here when we come to Sacramento. ”

”Check in was easy. NO problems there. It’s the first motel I’ve been to that actually had a gated entry into the parking lot. You use your door key card to open it. We didn’t think anything of where the room at first when we had to go all the way around the building to park. Half of the parking spots in from of that side of the building in that section were handicapped. Our room was upstairs near the end essentially above and behind the main office. We had NO idea that it was essentially next to...

”Everything was awesome about this place. I did have a situation where the window blinds weren't working so it was impossible to black out the room for a nice dark sleep. But it was good either way! It was also weird I had to wait an hour to get my room late. Missed a meeting, but everything ended up working out with my meeting. Not sure what went wrong but I finally got the room so all good!”

”No balcony 1st floor ”

”Nice comfortable motel a few mins from downtown. Some have reported the area be somewhat shady or sketchy but personally found it just okay, noway unsafe especially if you have a car. Temporary road works makes it impossible to walk to downtown or old town but these should be over by Jan 2022. There's nowdays also electric gate to the hotel lot to make it even safer. Premises themselves were fine, standard american motel breakfast. Very limited house keeping services.”
