”Parking lot is full of potholes. Getting to the motel was a little difficult even with Siri helping. Bed, bathroom, sink OK, just old.”

”Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast options were great and the room was comfortable.”

”Staff very nice and check in was good. Property needs to be updated, ice machines did not work anywhere on property, bar advertised was never opened because of issues. Only one cart to move luggage in was in working condition. There is a convenience store in walking distance.”

”Our room had a jacuzzi that didn't work. No hand soap was provided. Toilet paper holder was broken and they just stuck the toilet paper on the one holder arm left. Shampoo and conditioner bottles provided were so tiny it would be hard to clean and condition short hair. Blanket was so thin we had to ask for another blanket to keep warm. Coffee pot and 2 styrofoam cups and 2 coffee pods were provided, but no sugar or sugar substitute or creamer or stirrers were provided. TV had limited channels...

”The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!”

”Had to have staff activate the key more than once as keys were not working upon gaining access to the room. Listing says continental breakfast when in fact there’s no breakfast at all. ”

”This motel met my minimum requirements of: 1) safety and security (and the lighting at night was outstanding!); 2) working air conditioner; 3) working shower; and 4) working TV. One downside is the work table where the laptop normally goes didn't have an outlet anywhere nearby to plug in. Also, me being 5 foot - 10 inches tall, I was too tall for the bathroom! The sink and countertop were at my mid-thigh level and when I looked into the mirror, it was neck-down, so I had to bend down to comb...

”Much better than the La Quinta in Lubbock but also in need of care by upper management. Employees/staff was courteous and efficient, hotel was/smelled cleaned but the overall property condition lacks good attention. The carpets in the rooms need to be steamed and the flooring in the elevator is a mess! ”

”Renovations are being done all around. Seems like an older property. The maintenance guy that helped us when our tv went out was awesome, though. There were hairs in our shower leftover from the people before us. But it was a decent stay. Will probably stay elsewhere next time we visit. ”

”My hotel key would not open my room. Front desk went to help it was the door would just not opened. You had to hit the door with force to get in. She suggested walking all the way around to get in my room. It was not the best ”
