The villa, located in Matino, just a few minutes by car from the beaches of Lido Pizzo, Baia Verde and Gallipoli, offers up to 8 beds.
Newly built, the property is complete with all modern amenities: wi-fi internet, air conditioning, washing machine, underfloor heating and convector heater, hair dryer, TV in every room, iron and ironing board and mosquito nets.
The kitchen is complete with induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a professional barbecue and outdoor shower in the garden.

The outdoor space is well-kept, embellished with lawn and pool area with solarium, comfortable sitting area with gazebo and airy shaded veranda where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors, and relax in the cool.
Villa Le Pozze consists of bright and modern, well-finished rooms. A cozy open space includes the open kitchen, dining room and living room with 1 king size double sofa bed (1.36x2.55m) , fireplace and TV.
The sleeping area consists of 3 spacious and refined double bedrooms. The villa is completed by 2 full shower rooms.

The brand new Villa Le Pozze is located in Matino, just 1 km from the town where there are all the main services and a small and lovely historic center, all to be discovered, with its ancient churches and beautiful buildings.
In a few minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the Gallipoli coast, such as Lido Pizzo and Baia Verde, but also other beautiful Ionian seaside resorts such as Torre Suda and Marina di Mancaversa.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening with an extra of euro 300.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
