”Basic normal rooms. Room service was disaster. Recommend to avoid it. Took time and you can get better prepared food everywhere. Location and the hotel itself is beautiful. Nice walks around the hotel area.”

”The hotel has has a recent upgrade and looks amazing. Set in beautiful grounds and walking distance stroll into town. Upon arrival we had a lovely welcome by staff and our room was lovely too. The stairs are beautiful and the facilities and areas around the ground floor of the hotel are really comfortable and relaxing to enjoy. Parking is only £5 for 24 hours and the staff are so friendly and helpful.”

”The bedroom was clean, cool and comfortable, with a very good Freeview television unlike other hotels in Sheffield! The bathroom was very clean with a powerful shower, although the flush on the loo needed a lot of strength. The pool was clean and staff very helpful, with generous towel width. Noise was a factor as even early on Sunday morning there seemed to be a live band nearby. Breakfast was less than ideal with no gluten free options, table spoons given to eat cereal with and only fried...

”Hotel is close to the city centre, and is relatively affordable. Room is realky quiet and bed confortable. The personnel is not welcoming or polite: the reception seemed to be more busy with their own tasks than customers. In the breakfast room the personnel on weekdays nice, but during weekend seemingly on bad mood. ”
