”Beautiful property and decor however the main let down was the service of the staff in all areas of the hotel. We experienced poor service at breakfast, the bar, and reception. Staff seemed so disinterested it really made the overall stay unpleasant.”

”We stayed in a beautiful hive which was nicely done and the hotel itself was beautiful. We were disappointed not to have a bath or to be able to use any the sauna facilities and that whole building seemed to be in the midst of renovation. We were also surprised that breakfast wasn’t included and that when we ordered English breakfasts we didn’t get any toast and when we asked for some were then charged £2.50 per slice. I feedback when we departed that I was not impressed but nothing was done...

”The standard double room was much smaller than expected, and the bed was two singles pushed together with a thin double topper, which made the bed very uncomfortable and lumpy. We told reception after the first night and they arranged for a better topper to be put on. If the standard double was this small then the small double must have been tiny. The bathroom was a good size though. Rooms are only cleaned if specifically requested at reception the night before. This wasn't made clear - there...
