”Breakfast was good, had a variety and area was clean. Beds were comfortable. Not well maintained property, holes in walls, rusty nails staining the shower, shower was tiny, bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival…..wouldn’t recommend.”

”The room only had decaf coffee and nobody could seem to find any regular coffee. Feeding me decaf is a cruel thing. The staff were on this and were helpful other than not being able to find it. The pool was down and I didn’t know about this beforehand. The staff at the front desk did offer a solution to use the pool in the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same entity. ”We had the best stay at River Sirens Hotel. The staff was very helpful at getting us into our room. The hotel is sparkling clean and a quick walk to the river and all the cute shops and bars. We highly recommend staying at this updated adorable hotel and plan on coming back in the near future.”

”The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! ”Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. We do a fair amount of traveling, the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again.”

”Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management.”
