”It was really nice and clean”

”We had the best stay at River Sirens Hotel. The staff was very helpful at getting us into our room. The hotel is sparkling clean and a quick walk to the river and all the cute shops and bars. We highly recommend staying at this updated adorable hotel and plan on coming back in the near future.”

”The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! ”First off - absolutely lovely and accommodating staff. We had no problems with our booking in Expedia. If you are coming here expecting Hilton quality rooms and appliances, then you are just dead wrong. For the price it was a perfectly quaint and quiet little motel, we felt very safe and besides the lights occasionally not working, the room was perfect. The ac worked almost too good, we woke up very cold which shocked us considering it was too hot when we walked in. But it was on us for not...

”Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management.”

”The room only had decaf coffee and nobody could seem to find any regular coffee. Feeding me decaf is a cruel thing. The staff were on this and were helpful other than not being able to find it. The pool was down and I didn’t know about this beforehand. The staff at the front desk did offer a solution to use the pool in the neighboring hotel which was owned by the same entity. The bathroom in the room with the king size bed sounded like a freight train, the walls were badly in need of...

”Room was clean a bit of wear and tear. Carpet fraying, stains on furniture, small things really The only complaint was no oven pans in the room just pots and pans. No pool towels, had to ask for them each time. All and all we would stay again. Decent room for the price”

”It was ok. Close to my destination, parking ok, clean room. Breakfast was mediocre. But worth the money spent.”
