”Booked this room for a one night stay. Once I entered my room I regretted it immediately. The online pictures are deceiving. My room was dirty, the television didn’t work. There was no phone in the room and there was urine left in the toilet. The longer I sat in the room the more I began to itch. I left the room to make the front desk aware of the conditions. ”A lot of mold on the shower curtain. Clearly, the curtain hasn't been cleaned for a very long time because mold does not form from one day of not cleaning. There was no body lotion in the room either”

The new carpet is nice but isn’t being vacuum. Flossers lay in the hallway all week. If you want your trash taken you put it in the hallway because they don’t clean the rooms daily.”
