”We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean with a decent hot breakfast. As with 99% of hotels, the pillows are atrocious. I will never understand why hotels spend more money on fancy decor than good pillows.”

”Had to wait til after 3 pm for a room but check was nice after that. Everything was very clean. Great location to walk to colonial life area. Unfortunately the bed was very soft and lumpy, but breakfast was great.”

”Hotel was very pretty. The breakfast was fantastic with friendly helpers but the front desk staff, both night and day, were a little rude and it seemed to bother them if you asked a question. The biggest problem was our toilet. Every time the room close to us flushed if we happened to be on ours we got a burst of water in our bottom. Not a good feeling 😕 I don't think we will be staying there again.”

”The property was very nice, the rooftop bar was a nice vibe, you recieve two free drink tokens at checkin to use at the bar. The room was nice as well. My only issue was at checkin; when I entered the hotel I wasn’t greeted by any of the staff. I wasn’t aware that checkin was near the bar so I proceeded to a near by desk that I assumed was checkin since no one greeted me at the bar. The desk was unmanned so I stood by waiting for someone to return and that never happened. The lady who was at the...

”The junior suite was dark and dreary it needs some updating that includes the bathroom. The pictured suite online is bright and spacious not like the actual room 432.”

”The property was right across the street from Publix in a nice, clean, quiet and safe area with a McDonald’s near by. Also, the entire staff were absolutely great — the hotel is well worth the money especially for a weekend with family and friends with an in house full bar, continental breakfast and service desk snack center.”

”While the hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice, the walk to the parking garage was overflowing with trash and sadly many unhoused people.”

”The towel bar on the shower was not connected on one side- there were maintenance issues that needed addressed and an extension cord with lights plugged in laying in the floor. It was clean but appears they need to do some maintenance to the rooms.”

”when we were told that we had to pay for basic internet or had to be a convoy member, that really surprised us. on top of that, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. with this being the summer time and it being humid, the bathroom was always damp after a shower. there was also a homeless person sitting by the pool access door when we came back to the hotel. this made us feel a little unsafe.”

”Was charged a 150 dollar in room fee that I don't even know what for. I didn't buy or order anything from hotel or on tv. They won't call me back I can't even imagine what they offer that costs as much as the room. I guess I'm gonna contact my credit card and dispute it.”
