”Clean room, comfortable bed, and very nice staff. Nothing fancy or luxurious. One negative is that the spaces in the small parking lot are extremely narrow. I was constantly worried my rental car would be dinged by a car door slamming into it. ”

”Grand Champions exceeded every expectation. The property is beautifully maintained with lush tropical landscaping that instantly sets the tone for a relaxing Maui getaway. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed — the kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the lanai was the perfect spot for morning coffee.

”The unit was spotlessly clean — we're talking white-glove clean. Beds were freshly made, the place was immaculate, and every corner of the space felt genuinely cared for. It's clear the team takes real pride in the property.
Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible.”

”An older property that seems to have aged gracefully. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the end of the hallway, and I think this was a lifesaver. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. But as it was, we slept great, listening to the sounds of the waves.
The beach is great (much much better than some more expensive resorts), and having sunbeds on the grassy yard...

”Our ocean view 1‑bedroom suite at Kohea Kai far exceeded expectations. The photos don’t come close to capturing how beautiful and peaceful this place really is. The suite was clean, nicely furnished, and surprisingly affordable for Kihei.
The best part was the balcony/deck — every evening we watched stunning sunsets while listening to the sound of the waves. Being right across the street from the beach made everything effortless, from morning walks to quick dips in the ocean.
