”I upgraded to the ocean view which was very simlar to the photo. The balcony was alluring, but this was during the heavy winds and rain of March 2026. The modern room itself was spacious and bright and nicely appointed. The free transportation services in the area was valuable especially with the rain. I also appreciated the location in more south-central Kihei. I would return to this hotel in future visits to Maui.”

”Property isn’t as nice as advertised. Very dirty when we arrived. No communication from staff during storm, no resources offered when we had no water/electricity. Asked for partial refund and received no response. Would not come back here or recommend!”

”We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing.
Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we really appreciated the attention to detail.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!”

”We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved how we were sent text messages of any updates or information on daily activities. Looks slightly outdated but currently under renovation. The food and drinks were great. We Will stay here again. ”

”They charge extra for parking, which is on top of the $40 a day resort fee and taxes. The property is nice, but the pool is unclean. Great location!”

”An older property that seems to have aged gracefully. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the end of the hallway, and I think this was a lifesaver. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. But as it was, we slept great, listening to the sounds of the waves.
The beach is great (much much better than some more expensive resorts), and having sunbeds on the grassy yard...
