”All good with this residence. Location great grounds beautiful. Had a few minor issues with air conditioning unit as was not working properly upon arrival. It took 2 days to fix. They were diligent and resolved. Key cards kept demagnetizing and had to be replaced twice. Other than those 2 minor issues would definitely recommend.”

”Incredible view from the giant bay windows where we were able to whale watch. Huge bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and well-decorated accommodations. Our only warning would be that if you have a serious fear of bugs and critters, choose a room that’s on a higher floor. We did have 5 cockroaches visit over our 3 day stay (and one small frog!)”

”Property was clean, well stocked, well furnished. Location for us was ideal. The grounds of the the property were impeccably maintained and very quiet and relaxing. The condo is showing it’s age and could use some attention in some ares. There were some door handles that fell off(laundry door), were ready to fall off(entry closet),or broken(exterior of one of the sliders). Property manager was excellent with good communication. Overall we would stay again”

”Location was great with lots of pristine beaches and snorkeling spots close by. The villa itself was clean and easy to access. Some of the patio furniture was worn from the elements but that was about it. Overall a great area to stay in if you like a quiet relaxing place.”

”This was our third stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas. As always we had a great stay. This property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Free door to beach shuttles made it so easy to get to the beach with all our gear for snorkeling. We always cook in and the kitchen had all the necessities. We had a great view of the golf course and multiple pools close by to choose from. We only wish that our stay was longer. Looking forward to our next trip.”

”Was a first time in Maui and in this hotel. Got an upgrade to a studio with a kitchen and a balcony. The room was awesome and super clean and comfortable! All the neccessary kitchen supplies to make breakfast, lunch ot whatever. Microwave, stove, oven, large fridge and freezer. The bed was excellent to sleep in. ”We had a studio w/ ocean view. Having full kitchen and washer+dryer worked out well for us, having two children with two adults. Kitchen has all full-size appliances, side by side fridge has icemaker. Room also has washer and dryer. Hotel has very nice and helpful staff, service works well. Resort fee ($ 29,00 +tax/ room/day) includes everything, Wi-fi, towels at the pool, parking (also vallet parking) and much more.”

Facility and service falling apart
"A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is disappointing. We stayed 4 nights, and were told there would be cleaning service only every 3 days. After 3 nights the room was not done. I asked about it and the attendant promised to have it done. No-one ever came and no-one ever said anything about it. When I checked out I mentioned it and the answer was literally a shrug. No-one seems to care about anything. I´ve been trying to think of something positive to say. Let´s go with that the butterfish in the restaurant was tasty."
