”This property exceeded our expectations and was amazing. 10 out of 10. Everything was as it should be and there was no reason to contact the Owner Mark or property manager during our stay. ”This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai. ”This a great property that functions well for large events. The rooms are laid out hotel style so plenty of privacy with a large common room and kitchen on the top floor. ”Loved this home! This was a perfect secluded getaway for my husband and I. The ocean view, the close proximity to hikes, waterfalls, beaches and more and the wonderful property manager made this one of our all time favorites! The only recommendation I have is to get a four wheel drive vehicle if possible. It can rain a lot and the steep, gravel driveway can be a bit tricky to maneuver. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this locatuon.”

”Brian was exceptionally helpful from the get go. The house was perfect for our extended family and had all the amenities we needed for wonderful days at the beach. ”Hamoa beach is one of our favorite places. Since the house is a short walk to the beach we were able to spend a couple of days going back and forth to take advantage of the best times of the day. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to make most of our meals during our time in Hana. Susie was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay again!”

Facility and service falling apart
"A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is disappointing. We stayed 4 nights, and were told there would be cleaning service only every 3 days. After 3 nights the room was not done. I asked about it and the attendant promised to have it done. No-one ever came and no-one ever said anything about it. When I checked out I mentioned it and the answer was literally a shrug. No-one seems to care about anything. I´ve been trying to think of something positive to say. Let´s go with that the butterfish in the restaurant was tasty."
