On the ground floor:

- A large entrance and relaxation area of 50m², a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a bedroom of 25m² and a large living room including an open and equipped kitchen, living room and dining room opening onto a terrace and large garden.

- Upstairs, a hallway that gives access to a large family room. overlooking the front of the cottage and also overlooking a recently renovated extension.
This consists of a corridor distributing two other large bedrooms, a bathroom with its Italian shower and a suspended toilet.
Each of these bedrooms have new bedding and are equipped with very high-speed internet sockets. One of them has a television with its 100 channels.

These two large bedrooms have a dominant view of the large terrace extended by a large garden located at the back of the house. This pretty green and decorated space is entirely fenced and its panoramic view of the surrounding countryside will be an asset to enjoy the beautiful sunny days.
The large courtyard located at the front of the house will welcome you in good conditions with its recent development in natural paving stones.

- Handing over of keys: To be discussed with the owner according to the convenience of each.
- No smoking inside the cottage.
- Festive events not allowed.
- Respect for the neighborhood: respect the peace and quiet of everyone during the day. No noise between 10 [hidden] and 7 [hidden] ..
- Do not throw anything in the toilet bowl, except toilet paper.
- No access to places not described in the contract.
- Only use products compatible with a septic tank.
- In case of absence, all windows and doors must be closed. The owners decline all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
- All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. Please respect the environment as much as possible, by having a normal consumption of water and electricity (be careful with open windows and doors if you use the heating as well as outside lights).
-Housekeeping: Cleaning is included in the service. However, we will ask you to leave the cottage tidy, the dishes done and the trash emptied.
If the accommodation is found in a very dirty state, part of the deposit may be taken as compensation for the time spent.
-Animals: The owner of the animal(s) agrees to travel with them only if it does not represent a risk for other people present on the site (including young children).
The presence of the animal(s) is the sole responsibility of the owner of the animal. The owners of the premises decline all responsibility in the event of an accident.
Animals must never be left alone in the accommodation in the absence of their owner. Any damage due to animals is the sole responsibility of the tenant and will be deducted from their deposit.
