”We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. ”Had booked this hotel for parents. They had a comfortable stay and the staff was very courteous. The food, ambience and closeness to the Airport are some of the positives of this hotel. ”

”Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Hotel is not new anymore but nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and so was the evening buffet. Swimming pool has only some sunbeds and very limited time of sunshine. ”

”Nice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but don’t worry it’s on a quiet street and don’t hear the above. The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when I’m back in Pune this will be my first port of call.”

”The breakfast was not the greatest. Everyday same thing. The fruits are soggy and not very fresh and poor quality. The salads are not fresh. Everyday the lettuce leaves are wilted and soggy. I did advise the restaurant manager but it was still the same. ”

”The hotel and room were clean, room was spacious. Breakfast should start at 7 AM, first mornings of my staying everything wasn't ready until 7:20. Later mornings breakfast was almost ready at 7. Extremely annoying western pop music startet every morning around 7 and same record/ song was still playing (too loud) when I came back to hotel at the evening. Same song/ record playing all 10 days what my staying lasted. Not very nice surroundings, but it is India. Wi-fi was miserable. Good enough...
