Apartment with a pool and rooftop grill area. It has 2 bedrooms: the first with 1 king-size bed and 2 single beds that pull out from underneath the king, and the second with 2 double beds. The living room has a sofa bed. It features 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, internet, and outdoor parking space for 1 car



Guest Access:

A link with step-by-step instructions on how to access the property will be sent to you. It includes directions from your location, how to enter the building, the security box where you’ll find the key to open the gate, the door lock code, and a tutorial on how to enter it.

Located in the exclusive Sábalo area, this apartment lets you enjoy the best of Mazatlán. The area combines the tranquility of its beaches with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops, plus a beautiful boardwalk perfect for sunset strolls. Enjoy water activities, delicious cuisine, and a relaxed atmosphere. The ideal location for an unforgettable vacation!

The surroundings of Sábalo offer the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. Just minutes away, you'll find local shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants serving everything from traditional Mexican cuisine to international dishes. The area provides easy access to water activities, parks, and recreational spaces. Plus, it's close to Mazatlán’s vibrant downtown, where you can explore its culture, markets, and nightlife.



Other Things to Note:

The pool and grill area on the rooftop of our building are available for use daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This schedule allows you to enjoy the sun during the day and relax in the evening with a barbecue while taking in the view. Please note that the building has 4 floors and no elevator, so it's recommended to plan accordingly. Make the most of your stay!
