”An amazing hotel to visit and spend quality time with family. The rooms were spacious clean and well maintained. We arrived late and the manager was waiting for us and was very welcoming and considerate. The breakfast was super and very delicious. The staff were very friendly and polite. The pool area is fantastic and very Relaxing. I give the hotel 10/10.”

”My journey in Lebanon is truly a love story and this lovely family owned hotel is a big part of this magical experience. From the moment I walked in l was greeted by the kindest most loving Almurjan stars like Maya at the reception and Nicola the GM. ALL the other stars are also AMAZING! They’re truly wonderful in their communication and professionalism besides their kindness. The lobby is glorious the rooftop is so romantic especially now and the rooms have a view and are clean and comfortable....

” Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception. Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad. Room cards/gym cards , never endless story. If the card is functioning on your door it is not working anymore in the gym and vice versa. Breakfast, the restaurant is dark and sad. People are smoking there and also the...
