The parking area seems safe enough. I did not see the laundry area. I did not need to use it. The road back to the property is terrible! I would think Holiday Inn and Quality Inn could agree to pay for some of the expense of paving it.

Roadside hotel with clean comfy rooms.
Stayed here for one night as I was in area for a wedding. Ttypical roadside hotel with good clean hotelroom. As additional bonus was the sports bar nextdoor.
