”I wasn’t overly impressed with this hotel. The location is close to amenities and it has a secure parking garage which I appreciated especially given the downtown location. The bed wasn’t comfortable, We ordered room service.The food we ordered was lukewarm and very bland. The hotel accepts pets but it’s in a terrible location if travelling with a dog. There are no grassy areas close to the hotel. Riverside Park is a great location nearby but dogs aren’t allowed. ”

”My stay was fine, but a few things knocked down the rating for me. First off, there's a $14 daily charge to park your vehicle, which is absurd. Next, the pool and hot tub were both broken. Finally, the florescent lights in the room were glaring and awful. Like I said, it was fine, but I've already booked a different hotel for my next stay.”

”The property was clean and quiet, the staff was polite and nice. The only thing that worries me is their request for a credit card when I had already paid through Expedia. They took my card information, including the card number and CVC number, which I think is not secure. I personally blocked my card and asked my bank for a new one, which is a waste of my time.”

”My brother and I stayed Sat April 4. My brothers toilet was discussing like it was not cleaned for quite awhile. It took sometime to set up for his TV to work, get channels. There was no breakfast. Toast and coffee. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay here again. ”
