”The property was great, just as described. The check-in process was easy. We had a few minor questions which the host/agent responded to quickly. The property was clean and included all of the needed amenities. The pool was clean and clear and large enough for everyone. Having a half bath near the pool was great. The hot tub was especially appreciated after a day on the lake. The kitchen was large and had most everything we needed for cooking. The outside covered porch was good for family...

”Whoever was in there before me must’ve liked popcorn because the carpet still had popcorn on it, especially underneath the desk. I just cleaned it up myself and did not say anything to the front desk receptionist. Bed was clean so I guess that’s all it matters.”

”Breakfast was not a buffet - just a glorified continental with a waffle maker.
The door locks didn’t work and had to be replaced (still didn’t work with the card keys even after it was replaced). The shower leaked the entire time we were there.
Location was near a train track so don’t expect much sleep without earplugs.
The walls are paper thin, we could hear our neighbors using the restroom often. And the bed frame sounded like a file cabinet when you rolled over.

”Room 305 was neat and clean. Desk clerk was helpful and courteous, although desk seemed abandoned at times. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. The overall building facility seemed not quite up to Hampton Inn quality. ”
