PET RULES: DOGS ONLY - 1 dog 50lbs or less. Leashes: Dogs must be leashed when outside Clean up: Guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station Furniture: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds Supervision: Dog should not be left unattended. Dogs need to be crated if left alone in the house Housebroken: Dogs must be housebroken Crates: Dogs should be crated if left alone inside Potty areas: Guests should use designated potty areas Noise: Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire cottage (except locked closets). Guests have access to Pavilion, Pickle Ball Courts, and Fishing!
We allow 1 dog (up to 50 lbs) for an additional fee. Please follow all dog rules outlined in the Digital Welcome Book!

Whether you are grabbing a cup of coffee at House Blend, getting a massage at Bloom Day Spa, or making bath bombs at Buff City Soap, you are sure to have fun and want to stay longer!
Getting Around:
The property is 10 miles to Downtown Dickson and 50 miles to Downtown Nashville!

All guests MUST sign a waiver (included in post-confirmation message). Guests assume full responsibility for their own well-being and belongings. The property owner and Airbnb are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or stolen or damaged personal belongings that occur during your stay.
30 Night stay maximum. Guests staying longer than 2 weeks will be required to have a mid-stay clean for a fee.
