"This is a very clean and quiet home. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog Max. Close to town if you feel the need. The owner was very nice and responsive. We came to see Loretta Lynn's ranch which is a short drive away and had a late breakfast at Carol's Restaurant in Waverly. We enjoyed ..."
