”Our stay at Massanutten the summit. We got there to check in at 330 and nobody had a listing for us to check in at I waited till 430 to finally get a hold of everybody where I could check in they gave me the room key and I went to check the room out and it was filthy trash all over the place people had smoke pot there when I went back up to the management they offered me a restaurant ticket I didn’t want it I took it and I haven’t used it don’t want to use it.They called me 6:45 said the room...

”The resort was great. This is the second time I have been there. We loved the condo we stayed in. It was more renovated that the one I had stayed in a few weeks earlier. We did have a family that was in the condo above us. They were very loud. The laundry room was right next to our door so when they started the laundry at 6:30 in the morning, it was very loud. So was disappointed in the level of sound proofing.”

”We are owners at Massanutten and have been for 30+ years. We would have normally banked our week or bought ahead but with Covid this year nothing seems to be the same. It was very late on the year and my family and I just wanted to get a way for a few days and thought to use VRBO. We booked a condo and it turned out to be in the Sumit area. The condo was recently renovated, very clean and nice views. The only thing we did not know from booking beyond which condo was that we were booked...
