”The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was well-kept.”

”My main complaint was the curtains to our hotel room did not go all the way down so light came in early in the morning. There is bird poop ALL over the cement outside and even a dead bird. The staff was okay. I did call to complain about the room next to us and their noise but got told there was nothing they could do so that was super helpful. The room itself was beautiful but Im not sure if I'd stay again or not. ”

”My go to spot when I need to get away from whatever. May not be a full service spot but it serve the exact purpose I need it for.”

”Staff was friendly and accommodating. TV didn't work for a while in one of the rooms - I ended up staying in three as the hospital stay extended - but generally everything was taken care of.”

”Check in was painless. No shower curtain in our room.217 was immediately taken care of by the house keeper assigned to that floor. She was very professional and handled my request promptly. Breakfast was yummy, hot tub was fantastic. Definarly stay again on a return visit. Well done staff.”

”DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! 1. They moved someone else into my room after I checked in. 2. They charged me AGAIN for the room I already paid for through Expedia when I CHECKED-IN. And refuse to refund it. 3. Pool was under maintenance. 4. The room they originally put me in matches the pictures, when I had to be moved, we were put in a room where the toilet didn’t flush, junk in the shower drain, tiles coming off wall, hole behind toilet, and other issues. 5. When I asked for refund and cancel...
