The only way to get luke warm water in the sink was turning the bath faucet on for awhile. Then the next morning we found luke warm shower water that rapidly went to ice cold. ”This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!”

”Not the worst but definitely not the best. Lots of broken items or repairs that were not done well. Not very clean. We had to wipe the floor in the bathroom because they wiped a bunch of hairs and dirt behind the door. Beds were comfy though and AC worked great. Breakfast was decent. Would like to see staff take better care of the rooms before going back”

”Stayed 6/20/26. On Expedia nothing was mentioned about the property under complete renovation. No cable or wifi, with nobody on property to help. Staff was very nice, unfortunately they get the brunt of it.”

”The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them.
