”Located off a busy road so in and out was not fun, swing set not safe for children as it’s not bolted in place so will tip when kid swings, floor in cabin 11 wasn’t flat, made it difficult for my mom to get her balance,”

”Our quick stay at Reed’s Lodge was very pleasant. The room was beautiful (we chose The Marilyn Monroe). Beds were comfy enough and everything was clean. Some of the hardware in the bathroom was a little wobbly but not really a big deal. There aren’t a ton of breakfast options but my family of 4 were all able to find something we were happy with eating. I thought this inn was adorable and quaint and wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we come through Springerville.”

”We stayed in 301 deluxe rm. I believed was downstairs. We had to carry everything up very steep stairs. She said she'd put us downstairs but there wasn't anything available. The code was on the dark low doorknob. My husband had to kneel with his light phone to do it. Above hall lights there were nests of bugs! No waste basket in the room. When the tiny basket in the bathroom was full, I had to get a trash bag from the nice lady at the bar. The worst was that the floor was so crooked it...

”The owner checked me in and gave me a handicap room when I asked for a walk-in shower. It was very easy to have a shower. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet. There was a restaurant next store that was very convenient. Breakfast was very good in a lovely room”

”We were pleased with the location and parking, easy access into the room, very convenient to punch in the code. The swimming pool was nice.....but the hot tub had soooo much chemicals in it, I had to keep my eyes closed from burning. So, I opted to utilize the spa in our deluxe room. It was nice......for only one person at a time☹️. The air conditioner was good but .....the bed was HARD!”

”We thought the room would be more updated. Bed and pillows were not at all comfortable and very old. Staff was great. Place was clean. Not the best maintained.”

”Our room was okay but in comparison with other chains like La Quinta it was pretty pricey for the condition. The manager and receptionist were less than cordial and in one case seemed rude to a guest. Neither had a smile. I haven’t chosen Super 8 in years and probably won’t again.”

”Ive stayed in about a dozen hotels in Pinetop/Show Low.. this is by far the best one so far at an affordable price near 100. Great breakfast and clean rooms. internet is the best i've found up in the white mountains.”

”We were very impressed on how immaculate the property was; the spaciness of the rooms, and the comfort of the furniture. We loved having the miniature golf course so easily able to get to at all hours. The only negative for us was the inability to connect to our T-Mobile Carrier.”

”Very nice property, clean and modern. Good breakfast. The only unusual thing was that they do not have in-room coffee makers. Instead they have two very nice 24 hour coffee brewing machines in the lobby. Sometimes you don't want to get dressed and go to the lobby right after getting up to get your coffee. Of course, it DOES taste better...”

”I understand that hotels in the area are more expensive, but there are cheaper alternatives in the area that are just as good. Breakfast was the usual continental, nothing special. BF indicated the coffee tastes like instant. Would look somewhere else next time I stay in the area”
