”Beautiful Hotel with exceptional amenities”

”Great place to stay, great location and great people!”

”There were people in the hall knocking on doors asking for help. This was in the late hours of the evening. I tried to call the front desk in order to notify them but the phone in the room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone but did not get an answer. This lasted at least 15 minutes. It was upsetting. The remote control cover for the batteries was gone. The fan in the bath room did not work. It was hot in there after showering. Caused us to sweat There were coffee stains...

”The only convenience of this hotel is the location to the Legacy Area. Everything else is basic. Upon arrival I was told that the room I booked had been given away and was given a double queen room instead of the king. This was annoying because I don’t want to go to a hotel and sleep in a bed smaller than the one I have at home. Also my spouse is 6”6. ”While the staff is nice, the owners don't care about the property or don't have the money to upkeep it. I'm not going to go into detail but almost not part of the hotel felt like it was worth the money. Until they have renovated, I would seriously consider staying elsewhere. Right across the street at the Hilton for the same price, I had a much better experience.”
