”Property was good, we had a good stay. Old house so expect lots of creeks. Not far from the spokane arena. Over all we had a good stay for our kids wrestling tournament. ”

”When we arrived at the location the unit was not cleaned. I immediately contacted the host by VRBO. The first call back I received was from the house cleaner. I was there with my children and had to immediately call hotels to find a place to stay for the night since it was already 6:30 PM and no one answered my initial call and the house cleaner was not able to clean until Saturday morning. The nightly rate for the hotel was more money than the nightly rate for the VRBO due to the last minute...

”We found this vacation rental to be clean and comfortable. The location was great…close to Manito park & several restaurants. This second floor rental would not be accessible to anyone with mobility challenges. We felt the entrance steps to the front door were unsafe. The addition of a handrail from the street to the door would be very helpful.”

”This place was beautiful inside and out. Well taken care of property, clean, spacious, welcoming, had all the amenities. Comfortable bed, and excellent bathroom. Thanks for a great stay!”

”I loved the convenient location of this place, the free parking and the ease of check in. I wasn’t thrilled, however, with the lack of cleanliness, unfortunately everything looked like it needed a scrub or wipe down. The air conditioner being turned on prior to our stay to enter a comfortable space was much appreciated!”

”We arrived when there was a pretty good snow storm. Salt was laid down for safety and the hot top was super hot and so wonderful to sit in while enjoying the snow storm. There is a propane fire place that made for an extra cozy feel and made the room that much more enjoyable. Host was great even when he himself was on vacation , he still returned my messages in his earliest convenience ”

”Very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Nice touches to make it very dog friendly. Nice yard but beware, no fence and deer and turkeys are likely to visit. Will definitely be back.”
