From the outside, there were homeless people walking about, lingering on the property, dog poop in the grass and the pool was closed. ”I never got to sleep in their hotel I let them know that I was late to check in but they were closed at 10 PM and nobody help me I had to walk in the middle of the night to comfort inn and get a room. I haven't checked my bank account but I hope you did not charge me for not staying in the extended stay.”

”It is a very old building, but the staff is maintaining it as best as they can. It’s most likely corporate who doesn’t want to pay for the actual necessary repairs. The pool is being renovated right now so don’t go for the pool/hot tub. Other than that, it was a good stay. The customer service is fantastic!”
