”This house was exactly as advertised. The master with the en suite was fabulous. Access to a washer and dryer was absolutely key.
Kitchen was fully stocked equipment wise with a ninja blender, toaster etc. (No air fryer - that would have been an extra bonus).
Minor issues:
- drawers sticking in fridge and freezer
- shampoo and conditioner provided was a great perk, I just wish it was slightly higher quality (dove or Pantene prov would be a step up).

”I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Eagle River, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient—just off the highway and close to local shops and restaurants, which made exploring the Anchorage area easy.
The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, especially after long days of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful...
”Read the other reviews on this property and set your expectations. It’s a budget friendly option. Looking for a hot shower, flushing toilet and a bed - you’ve got it. Rooms are upstairs from the bar so you’ll hear the music until 10 PM. Not an issue if you’re in the bar which has a very cool vibe to include the play lists. There’s a separate restaurant section for non-drinkers.Good surveillance - door locks are dated but functional. The staff is warm, friendly and certainly add to the magic.”
