”Immaculate space. Owners very thoughtful with a lot of attention to detail and extra touches for guest comfort. We had a crazy schedule with being in town for a race and owner was very flexible about making sure we could get into property and even got up at an insanely early hour to have complimentary breakfast food available. ”

”Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again.”

”Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.”
