”We had a really nice stay for the night before our early flight from Brisbane airport. The room was nice and the staff super helpful. There were nice restaurants nereby about which the reception told us before we even got the chance to ask. A nice lady drove us to the airport in the morning.”
”We did late check in and we were behind the hotels door 18:45 and there was nobody. There is no staff after 19:00 and you have to do check in by your self. In the door was message where said you have to ring doorbell until someone answer. Othe vice you dont get door open. Okay, we ring the doorbell 35 minutes and no one answered. After 40 minutes we got in but we have to call another number via mobilephone. Very nice customer service. If you use ”technology” by over staff, pls make it work!”

First we got room 117 with renovated bathroom, but after second night we had to move since something was leaking water to the room below us. Then we got moved to a bigger apartment 124, but that had a terrible old shower (I hit my head to it constantly even I am only 170cm), also no wasing machine in this one and a smaller kitchen. So...
