”I ended in this place after my 1st reservation at Motel 6 was a total loss of money, time and stressful. After not being relocated due to horrible "Expedia" Customer Service, i was left stranded for "2 days" and had to book this place at least for 1 night to sleep with my underage brother. The reception area was decent, and the Customer service was great, I'm not going to lie.
But our room just smelled like a humid old room and the restroom was dirty. We also found a black trash bag in our room...

We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”

”The lady who checked me in was a recent/new employee; but you could not tell. She was so very accommodating. She saw that I was breathing a little heavy (I have COPD), and she was just so attentive and helpful in getting me checked in. When the first room was too far for me to walk, she switched my room, programmed a new key and brought it out to my car. She didn’t want me to have to trek back inside to the front desk.”

”The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. We arrived around 8am and had to wait a long time for a staff member to come to the desk to check us in. There is no AC in the halls or elevator so it was pretty hot.
Breakfast was not great and there were a ton of flies in the dining room. Overall probably wouldn’t chose this hotel again.”
