”Great experience”

”And all my years of travelling this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The general manager was unbelievably unprofessional. Other patrons that were staying there long-term were drunk and belligerent in the hotel lobby, and it was obvious they were good friends with the general manager. We received threats from both the patrons and the GM to the point that we had to leave after a long day of travel and minding our own business. Absolutely unreal”

”The location was amazing, with direct access to the casino and racetrack! The staff were professional, especially the young man that checked us in! We were at the hotel for my daughter’s wedding, and everyone in the wedding party seemed to be impressed! I have zero complaints!”

”The room was clean and adequate for a very short stay. The hotel reminded me of an old holiday Inn that was renovated. Value for the price about 6 out of 10.”

”It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all.”

”The only reason why’d you pay that price is the location itself, and the lovely and fantastic staff that work as hard as they can to make up for their lack of vibe. Dried blood on the sofa pillow, and bed pillow A the suites aren’t worth it, it’s legitimately entirely small, just get the bed. Spent 587$ on a room that shares a singular tv that you can barely adjust, with a horrible microwave, no spoons, no forks, and a mirror for some reason that faces the bed directly so ur face to face...

”Great location, clean room, and decent shower. The bes was comfortable and even the pillows were nice. The room was a bit loud being next to some sort of hotel system I couldn't figure out, but it was good overall. The breakfast was mediocre, about what you expect foe hotel breakfast. Even so, I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.”

”Do not stay here despite the cheap rates. The pics were probably when they first opened. Its absolutely the worse property I have ever stayed in. Its like they don't even try to clean the room. ”

”This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!”
