Just steps away from Kaaba plus plenty shops and restaurants around, which was a great perk. It was absolutely great to be able to reach the hotel in minutes after completing Umrah rites - a challenging experience especially when you are with kids.
Fantastic open buffet with excellent variety of delicious foods!
Easy access to taxis, which are plenty around.
Room clean and spacious for a family of 5. Amazing view on AlHaram mosque.
Bathroom overall clean as well but there’s room for improvement in terms of shower and sink deep cleaning. Walk-in shower needed more attention to limescale and mould removal, especially in the bottom corners and edges of the shower floor + between a few wall tiles. Not a huge issue but that should be a basic standard.
Overall, 5 super happy customers. We would definitely use Makkah Towers again booked via Expedia :)
