”Very cheap onsite (reserved) parking. Lovely pool and spa. The sauna didn't sauna much. Also someone had stolen many of the hot rocks. Carpet in the room was dirty. Hot tub in the room was nice. Heater in the room was broken. Internet didn't quite reach to our room so the smart TV wasn't very. Pets were allowed in the 4 adjacent rooms but apparently not in ours. Seems silly to waste the courtyard. We had hoped to do a weekend with the dog but couldn't get a pet friend room with a tub. Just FYI...

”My stay was pleasant, rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Good to note for people sharing room, the bathroom walls are made out of (frosted) glass so not very private. Also depending on which side of the building you stay, there was extremely loud music playing on Friday and Saturday late night from a nearby club, which would have made a light sleeper struggle. (My room was on the same side as the elevators) The free breakfast was fairly crowded close to the ending time, but apparently more...

”Been to this hotel a number of times, it now feels it needs ‘something’ to set it apart from its contemporaries in the same area. Paying extra for a corner room, we found the bathroom was less lux than most other bathrooms in similar properties, no bath, under pressured small standard shower etc. the staff remain awesome, as does the bar but In a saturated Adelaide market, with new hotels planned, despite being a recent addition, the Crowne must adapt & make changes or it will be less favoured.”

”The staff were terrific, especially Charlie in the bar and Amanda on reception. The rooms were clean but replacement of amenities ie tea was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast was really terrific and the choice on offer was fabulous at the buffet.
The seats in the bar were chesterfields and all of them were cracked and in need of replacement or recovering but Charlie more than made up for the battered seats with his excellent service
I would absolutely stay there again”
