Hotellin Spa on kokemisen arvoinen.”

”Siisti pieni huone, mukavat yhteiset tilat ja hyvä aamiainen. Huono puoli ilmastoinnin kautta tuli iltaisin tupakansavua huoneeseen.”

”Excellent hotel, some hickups with the service e.g at the pool bar/restaurant.”

”Great”

”The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

”Uima-allas oli mukava yllätys, suuri ja viihtyisä. ”

”Hardware (villa itself, lobby etc) was very nice and still very new. It was very pleasant to be staying in the villa. Suggest to change hair dryer to Dyson please. Service - Could be improved. Hardly the standard you'd expect from Raffles and at this price point. Butler - Nice young guy but attitude unfort, was gen Z. I had a t-shirt to do laundry on, asked him for the laundry rate, and he told me to check the paper in the laundry bag... Villa snacks - Complimentary daily refill never...

”The hotel left us with very mixed feeelings. The facilities have seen their best days and the overall impression did not live up to 5 strars, maybe not even 4. The reception staff were very friendly and professional, as well as a couple of the restaurant staff, but most of the staff seemed like they have never worked in a restaurant or in any customer services profession before. At breakfast many of the items run out well before the end of the breakfast time, and when asked, the replies were...
