”Very clean and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning - very welcome on the hottest day of the year! My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the...

”As always with an IHG HOTEL everything was PERFECT...the staff were brilliant as always and couldn`t have done any more...the room was great,clean and had all the ammenities one could want and if anything else was required we just used the service phone....THANKYOU ONCE AGAIN IHG FOR A FANTASTIC STAY....Mrs Julie Godson.”

”Great stay in a very central location. Lovely, clean room, tasty breakfast and relaxing bar area. Stand out though is the staff, they can make it break any hotel and the team here were very welcoming and helpful.”

”Our room was very comfortable (especially the bed/mattress) and furnished to a good standard. Nice modern en suite facilities. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful and the location was adjacent to many bars and restaurants and only a 6-7 minute walk from the town centre. Only downside was the expensive local car parking (£22.50 overnight - significantly more than we have experienced elsewhere) with no discount from the hotel”
