Guest Verification & Security Deposit



As a professional property manager, we use Autohost to securely verify guest identity before arrival. After booking, guests will be asked to complete a short verification and provide a valid payment card for a refundable AUD $500 pre-authorisation.



The pre-authorisation is not a charge and is used only to cover damage, excessive cleaning or significant breaches of the house rules. It is automatically released after checkout if no issues are identified.



This process helps us protect our properties, neighbours and guests while providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Verification must be completed before check-in instructions are issued.
