Bedding arrangement: 1) Bedroom 1 - king bed or two single 2) Bedroom 2 - king bed or two single, 3) Family room - Double sofa bed 4) An additional Single bed could be set up on the request. Additional mattress could be set up on the request . The balcony across both upper level apartments.

You will enjoy entire apartment with amazing city views from the balcony with BBQ. Balcony is along the upper level apartments.

- Each apartment has its own entrance as well as a common entrance. In case you're traveling with friends and family, this could be a fantastic option to stay together while still having your own private spaces. Additionally, there is an upstairs option to use two apartments as one penthouse; please check the listing under my profile and PM if interested.

- Both adults and children can enjoy a basketball ring in the common area, table tennis, mini golf, and more. Daily room service and additional cleaning can be provided for an extra fee.

- We provide a Welcome Breakfast basket for guests who are staying with us for 7 or more nights if requested. . The variety of items depends on the season and availability.

- Please note, while we don't mind guests having visitors or hosting FAMILY catch-ups, we kindly ask everyone to respect and comply with a low noise level throughout the day. No music, no loud noises, no noisy gatherings, and quiet time from 9 pm to 7 am. The only exception is for New Year celebrations; quiet time is from 1 am to 7 am. We do not allow parties.
