Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated near Albert Park on St Kilda Rd at the Fawkner Residences with a tram stop right at your door step on St. Kilda Rd.



- 5min walk to Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit

- 10 min walk to Europcar Melbourne St Kilda

- 10min tram ride or a 20min walk to Chapel St.

- 15min tram ride or a 40min walk to St Kilda's Luna Park and St Kilda beach

- 20min tram ride to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne CBD and Crown Casino



There are tons of things to do in the Melbourne itself which are mostly a short tram ride away.

Getting Around:

Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.



Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Chevron, 519-539 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and newsagents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.



If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.



Paid parking is available at Wilson Parking on 517 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004, which is a 2min walk from where we are.



Other Things to Note:

Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.



This pad accommodates 2 adults comfortably but a max of 4 overnight. Any more than 2 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.



The sleeping arrangement for the 3rd and 4th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
