Our beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home is in a prime location, just a stone’s throw to harbourside boardwalks and local reserves, Safety Beach Sailing Club, boat ramp, Provincia Food Store, Martha Cove Waterway, and many more attractions!

Come experience the tranquility and relaxation of beachside living at our modern home complete with everything you'll need for a memorable family or group get together/getaway!

The Space:
Peace and tranquility at its finest, our 3 bedroom home is fully renovated and fully furnished to offer the best and most relaxing Peninsula living experience for you and your group. Located a few minutes from notable beaches, our 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom home offers parking in the driveway and on the premises, entertainer's backyard with BBQ and outdoor dining area, and much much more!

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Other Things to Note:
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

- No loud noises between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Strictly no parties or antisocial behaviour.
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval.
- No pets are allowed in the property.
- No smoking is allowed at any times.
- If you break something, please let us know.

- To help protect all floor coverings, do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
- We only provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started.

Extra Services:
- Early check-in and late check-out are available at an extra cost subject to availability. Please request at the time of booking.
- Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Inform us and we'll organise it for you.

** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **

Great getaway

Property as described. Walking in the door you have a sense of luxury. Ample room indoors with an exceptional outdoor area.A fantastic spot for summer but also a cosy getaway in the cooler months. We will definitely be back.
