This property is in a very good location. The room was satisfactory except that it did not have a table and chairs. Essentially it was a bedroom with very limited space. But, everything else was excellent. Staff were excellent. They were very friendly and professional.

Hi Sandy Thank you for your review. We do have a variety of accommodation available. Our king superior rooms are suitable for quick stays for the budget conscious. Our one bedroom apartments are fully self contained and have balconies overlooking our pool and courtyard and may be more suitable if you stay with us again. Kind regardsJo

it has a great location connecting to pier, fishing site, national park, nice cafe and bus stop. The village offers you a sunshine and leafy living environment. You will love to stay for a long weekend.

The property was in a great location. The main areas were locked when reception closed so there wasn’t very much communal space. If you are going to put people in a one bedroom no balcony room then at least have communal areas accessible.

Restaurant and bar closed till the end of the week. Despite big sign outside advertising dinner and happy hour. Very misleading. The gardens were well looked after. Pool area was great. Rooms tired. Aircon not able to be used at night as pump noisy. Dryer broken. Staff lovely

Parking was undercover and secure. Hotel was across the road from the ocean and walking distance to a few cafes and portsea hotel.Hotel was clean and modern. King superior room was very small 12sqm. Most restaurants and shops were closed as we stayed on a Monday.

Had an amazing stay once again! Booked 2 bedroom family apartment. Very spacious, clean, modern and compfy furniture. Had everything we needed. Restaurant was also great too. Will be back again for sure. Great staff and customer service

We tried ringing reception for over half an hour and then we tried the main number. We had no answer. Very disappointed with service. We had to go down to reception to ask for room service. The bed was just 2 beds pushed together with a great big lump in the middle. Not comfortable at all. When we checked out the receptionist didn’t even bother to ask how our stay was. We will never go back.

We apologise that reception didnt get back to you as we had an extremely busy night that night. Our beds are King zip beds which you will find in most large accommodation venues as this way they can be versatile. Thank you for your review.

Great location and amenities. Close to beach good location. But very dusty smell and thick dust behind bedside draws. I pulled draws out to plug phone charger in and there was thick dust on floor and a few spider webs, causing me to cough and sneeze.

Winter weekend away
Rooms were good size and comfortable. Close to Point Nepean National Park. Location just across from Pier. I thought it was overpriced. Did not enjoy their Restaurant.
