The Space:

Step into your exclusive haven for the entire house, where warmth and sunshine in winter and watch sunset in the house. Enjoy the contemporary charm of a modern kitchen bathed in sunlight, featuring an inviting island for culinary delights. Bask in the cozy warmth of the bedroom, boasting two comfortable queen beds, each with individual onsuite. while the spacious changing room offers ample space for relaxation. Luxuriate in the opulence of the bathroom, complete with a rejuvenating hot tub and shower, all aglow with natural light. For a touch of outdoor bliss, indulge in the cute outdoor shower, where sunshine and warmth abound, enhancing your retreat experience.



Entertainment is at your fingertips with a TV and an array of board games, ensuring endless moments of relaxation and fun. Step outside onto the balcony furnished with comfortable chairs and a table, providing the perfect setting for intimate moments, be it a romantic getaway, anniversary celebration, or any other special occasion.



On the 7th of February, there is annual fireworks in Frankston Pier, you can watch the fireworks from the balcony!! Don’t miss the opportunity.

Guest Access:

You will enjoy the exclusive use of the entire space, including two seperate levels. There are living areas on both levels and two kitchens on both levels. One king bed and a bathroom down stairs and two bedrooms with ensuite upstairs. Both levels have a balcony and dining tables.

Please note that the property features a Smart TV with access to various online streaming applications (e.g., Netflix, YouTube). However, it is not connected to free-to-air television channels.



— Early Check-ins & Late Check-outs —

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, our property often has back-to-back bookings. This means our cleaners need the full window to thoroughly clean and prepare the space to meet our hygiene and cleanliness standards for every guest.



For this reason, early check-ins and late check-outs incur a fee of $100 per request and are subject to availability. We kindly ask you to consider this before making a request.
