    Experience the magic of Mount Martha in spectacular fashion with this luxury beachside residence capturing a sweeping Port Phillip Bay view footsteps to the foreshore. This striking holiday home features panoramic views of year-round sunsets over the water and passing ships on the horizon enclosed in a secluded and private setting.

    Located within 5 minutes drive of Mt Martha Village, South Beach and Safety Beach, with Martha Cove moorings beyond.

    The space
    Designed for indoor-outdoor living and entertaining, it features broad front decking, a private alfresco terrace with a BBQ overlooking a glass-walled swimming pool (solar heated) and gas heated spa serviced by a ground-floor spa bathroom. Featuring a contemporary open plan kitchen, sun drenched lounge room and 4 spacious bedrooms this modern coastal haven will delight at every turn.

    In the evening, you can change the color of our 14.4M*4M pool using the remote.

    Located within 5 minutes drive of The Pillars, South Beach and Safety Beach, with Martha Cove moorings beyond.

    This home away from home has everything required to create an unforgettable holiday!

    We also welcome corporate bookings please enquire for more details.

    We strictly prohibit parties/events which means no loud music day or night and at 10pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.

We had a great stay. Three generations and two pets, couldn't get the grandchildren out of the spa. Lovely large home with lots of ways to relax and enjoy. Pool table was very popular! Well appointed and equipped, comfy beds. Fabulous balcony overlooking the ocean. Lovely part of the world.

A true hidden gem! The panoramic 180 views from the huge balcony are even more spectacular than the photos, especially at sunset. The house is incredibly spacious and perfect for multiple families, with the main bedroom offering privacy from the remaining bedroom wing. The hot spa was an absolute highlight during the winter nights of our stay, while the billiard room and table tennis kept everyone entertained for hours. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need, the location is fantastic being only two streets back from the Mount Martha Cliffs, and our host, Tina, was phenomenal - so welcoming, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We can't recommend this beautiful home highly enough and can't wait to come back!

Tina has been an amazing host! The property is huge and has exceeded our expectations! So much to do in the area but did not have to leave much as the property facilitated so much for us, from the games rooms to waking up to the sunset coming up from the ocean, to utalising their spa and indoor jacuzzi. Cant wait to come back and use the pool in the hotter months. Very clean and organised property. Highly recommend the host and property 5 stars!! Thank you so much for asissting in such a wonderful get away experience!

Great family holiday home

We were so pleased with the property—absolutely perfect for a family holiday and equipped with everything we could have needed and more. I highly recommend it—close to everything and conveniently located for exploring the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making our stay truly enjoyable. Fantastic place for a short getaway

Beautiful house and a very thoughtful host with what they provided to make our stay enjoyable. The place was beautiful, and I cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely be looking to visit there again in future.

Perfect Easter Break

My sister and I stayed here with our families (5 members each) and we were super impressed with the size of the place to comfortably fit us all. Plus the the kids love the pool (spa) and the billards table. The views of the bay were amazing and sitting out on the balcony reading, eating and just enjoying the view was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Something for everyone

This was the perfect house. Ideal for families with loads of room and amenities. The pool and spa are amazing and the view is gorgeous. The kids loved playing pool and table tennis - and of course the pool. We would definitely return to this place, it’s amazing!

We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home, location and our entire stay! The Ocean Views, multiple Living spaces indoors and outdoors, the Spa, Pool, Activities, huge and well equipped kitchen were all wonderful. Tina was a super host keeping booking, check in and the much appreciated late check out seamlessly smooth. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and hugely appreciated your home and hosting Tina. Tina was amazing help throughout the entire process of booking as well as assistance in the property. She was accommodating and let us extend our check out time. the property was so beautiful it exceeded expectations !! would recommend booking :)

So big and so lovely!

Beautiful family beach house with so much to do. Loved the pool table and the pool and spa were divine. The best thing was the view! The owner was so lovely and easy to communicate with and we had a really nice couple of nights. Nothing was needed and we really enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

Lovely break!

We enjoyed our stay at Oceanfront. Our host was very responsive and lovely. The property met our needs, however could do with a little tidy up and deep clean. Some of the furniture is tired, and no black out blinds in the bedrooms meant that sleep ins weren’t possible. The pool was exceptional!The view and location was brilliant
