• We may ask for a government-verified photo ID, such as a driver`s licence or your passport for security purposes.
• No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guest number including children that they must be registered as guests on the booking.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY. Smoking or vaping inside the house is also strictly prohibited. Penalties may apply.
• Excessive noise will not be tolerated; please respect the quiet hours of 9pm-8am.
• Please leave the property in clean and tidy condition.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights to conserve electricity.
• Please do not lose the house key; charges will be applied if it is lost, damaged or not returned.
• Do not leave excess rubbish behind. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge may apply.
• Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera is installed at the front, facing outside for added security.
