Our suave and spacious (80 sq mtr) apartment is perched way up high above Southbank and just a few minutes walk from Crown Entertainment Complex, Melbourne Convention Centre, South Wharf and the River Precinct, South Melbourne Market and all the Melbourne CBD.

With spectacular skyline views visible through floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, a stylish fit-out and sweeping views of Melbourne and the bay, you'll feel like you're in a five-star hotel. Can we recommend some champagne as the sun sets over the bay?

Other things to note
When you arrive at the property you will find a kitchen and bathroom welcome pack with travel size amenities to ensure you do not need to even head down to the handy supermarket (on the ground floor) on your first day. We also provide top quality linen and towels.

PLEASE NOTE: The 52nd floor fitness facilities can be used after attending a fitness facility induction session.

This apartment has amazing views and is very close to tram stops or walkable to the city centre. Really handy having a metro at the bottom for supplies. Would highly recommend to others.

The view was incredible, the location was great. Although we were out all day everyday it was still so nice to come home to this apartment. Our first visit to Melbourne didn't disappoint and somehow we nailed the best weather. Thanks so much Fil. We highly recommend you and your apartment!
